Steven Tofan, CPA, CA

CEO & President of H-GEN Initiatives

Mr. Tofan has over 31 years innovation, energy and consulting experience and is identified as a leading expert in hydrogen energy transition. He is responsible for developing hydrogen business model and strategy and ensuring the overall execution of the company business plan for the benefit of customers and owners. 

 

Mr. Tofan has been recognized as an industry expert in managing complex projects and tasks that are delivered on time and under budget including greenfield and novel projects. He has led or been involved in large projects ranging in size of spend from $1B to small scale $1 million. 

Mr. Tofan is founder of a consulting firm Reveal Solutions that has proprietary methodologies that unlock deliver hidden value unique to his client’s business. 

 

He holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from Alberta and is a graduate from the Haskayne School of Business at The University of Calgary.

Chris Craig, PEng

CEO and President of Centcom Construction

  • In 1981, Centcom Construction Ltd. was formed. The company was an evolution from a former company as several key employees, including Chris, forming the Centcom Construction Ltd.’s management team.

  • Chris served on the board on directors of the American Tank Testing Association from 1989 to 1991. It was during that period that the association lobbied the American congress to establish the criteria and protocol that underground fuel storage tanks were to be tested.

  • Chris has a proven track record in managing projects on time, on budget with an excellent safety record. Projects managed have ranged in size from $50,000 to several million dollars.  His experience ranges from retail and commercial petroleum sites to general retail, commercial and industrial sites.

  • From 1996 to 2006, Chris was contracted as the National Project Manager for Shell Canada’s successful RVI upgrade program. During that time period over 500 sites nationally were retrofitted to Shell’s RVI image. As well as project management, responsibilities included acting as a liaison with Shell’s national supply chain, ordering and scheduling owner supplied materials and equipment.

In addition to the program’s national responsibilities, Chris was responsible for managing Centcom’s role in the construction of new and retrofitted sites throughout western Canada. Well over 200 sites were retrofitted and 30 sites were razed and rebuilt or constructed as new during that same time frame.

  • From 2012 to 2016 Chris constructed two LNG dispensing cardlocks for Shell Canada. Two LNG cardlock facilities were also constructed for ENN in 2014.

  • Chris and his team constructed numerous cardlocks throughout western Canada for Federated Co-op, UFA, Shell, Esso and Petro Canada.

  • Ailean Environmental Ltd was formed in 2012 as a company with focus on alternate and green energy
